Business Verification: Sellers are required to verify their business identity through appropriate documents (e.g., CAC registration, Tax Identification Number, etc.). Local Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Nigeria.
3. User Accounts Account Creation: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Prohibited Activities: Users must not:

• Provide false information.
• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Share login details with unauthorized individuals. Account Termination: Farm2Trade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms or engaging in illegal activities.

4. Marketplace Services Listing Products:

• Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, prices, and product details.
• All listed products must comply with Nigerian agricultural standards. Transactions:
• Farm2Trade facilitates transactions but is not a party to any agreement between buyers and sellers.
• Sellers bear responsibility for product quality. Dispute Resolution:
• Farm2Trade will mediate disputes. Decisions made by Farm2Trade in disputes are final and binding.

5. Fees and Payment Service Fees: Farm2Trade charges a percentage commission on successful sales, which is disclosed before transactions. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are subject to the agreement between the buyer and seller, with Farm2Trade facilitating the process.
6. Seller Obligations Quality Standards: Sellers must ensure products meet the quality described in their listings and comply with local and international agricultural regulations. Timely Delivery: Sellers must adhere to agreed delivery timelines. Delayed or failed deliveries may result in penalties or account suspension. Prohibited Items: The sale of counterfeit, expired, or illegal items is strictly prohibited.
7. Buyer Responsibilities Product Inspection: Buyers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting issues within 48 hours. Compliance: Buyers must ensure the products purchased comply with their intended use and local regulations. Feedback and Reviews: Buyers are encouraged to leave honest feedback. False or malicious reviews are prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property Ownership: All content on Farm2Trade, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Farm2Trade Ltd. User Content: By uploading content (e.g., product descriptions, images), users grant Farm2Trade a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability Platform Role: Farm2Trade acts as an intermediary and is not liable for transactions or product quality issues. Indirect Damages: Farm2Trade is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use. Force Majeure: Farm2Trade is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
10. Privacy and Data Protection Farm2Trade respects user privacy and protects personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to the collection and use of their data for platform operations.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
